Francesco Lo Greco is a community leader, advocate, and small business operator running to represent Ward 1 in Angus. As founder of Therapeutic Community Care, he has spent years on the front lines — supporting individuals and families facing mental health challenges, addiction, and housing instability. That work gave him an unfiltered view of the pressures facing residents and the gaps within local systems.

When his work came under public scrutiny, Francesco stayed focused on the people who needed him most — demonstrating the resilience and accountability that real leadership demands. He holds a Master of Social Work and is a registered professional with the College of Social Workers, bringing a sharp understanding of legislation, policy, and how outdated processes create barriers for families and businesses.
